On the SIPO Open Day of April 25, SIPO Deputy Commissioner He Hua attends the open ceremony of the National United Publication Platform of Patent Information and formally initiates it.

The platform is established by SIPO on the basis of China Patent Information Publication Center as the expansion of the node of the 19 patent technology exhibition and exchange centers nationwide to standardize patent information supply, promote patent technology transformation, and pragmatically serve the inventors and patent holders, aiming at serving various technology exhibition and exchange centers and providing services for inventors by supplying investment information, consultation of rights protection and project evaluation.

Currently, the website of the National United Publication Platform of Patent Information has been upgraded and revised several times. It supplies separate pages for every registered inventor to facilitate their information updates and inquiries, and adds some new columns such as investment information, assessment institutions and right protection and complaints on the homepage, serving inventors with high and new technologies in maximum. Meanwhile, the National United Publication Platform of Patent Information also establishes a framework with the 19 patent technology exhibition and exchange centers nationwide, laying basis for standardizing information channels and activate patent market.
