On August 26, the Cooperation Consultation Conference Between SIPO and Guizhou Provincial People's Government and the Signing Ceremony of the Protocol of Cooperation Consultation System Between SIPO and Guizhou Provincial People's Government is held in Guiyang. Tian Lipu, SIPO Commissioner and Sun Guoqiang, Vice Governor of Guizhou Provincial People's Government jointly signed the protocol of the cooperation consultation system on behalf of SIPO and Guizhou Provincial People's Government respectively.

 

According to the Protocol of Cooperation Consultation System Between SIPO and Guizhou Provincial People's Government, the two parties will jointly promote the implementation of the Compendium of Guizhou Provincial IP Strategy, the implementation of IPR special examination mechanism in large-scale economic activities in Guizhou, the construction of IP administration system and working mechanism of Guizhou, the construction of Guizhou Provincial IPR information platform and the construction of IP-related talent teams of Guizhou. In addition, the protocol also points out that the cooperation consultation conference is to be held once a year regularly.

It is an important measure of implementing the scientific outlook on development and carrying out the Compendium of China National IP Strategy for SIPO and Guizhou Provincial People's Government to establish the cooperation consultation system, indicating a closer working connection between Guizhou Province and SIPO. This will surely further lift Guizhou's capacity in IPR creation, utilization, protection and administration.
