Yang Tiejun Attends the Opening Ceremony of the Retrospective Exhibition of the 30th Anniversary of China's Opening up to the Outside World

 

The Retrospective Exhibition of the 30th Anniversary of China's Opening up to the Outside World is recently held at China World Trade Center grandly. Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan unveils the exhibition. SIPO Deputy Commissioner Yang Tiejun attends the opening ceremony. The special exhibition of "China's IP Cause in the Process of Opening up to the Outside World" shows the glorious achievements China has made in the fields of patent, trademark and copyright.

Approved by the State Council, the Retrospective Exhibition of the 30th Anniversary of China's Opening up to the Outside World is a comprehensive exhibition with a theme of commemorating the 30th anniversary of China's reform and opening up program sponsored by Ministry of Commerce, International Communication Office of the CPC Central Committee, Party Literature Research Centre of the CPC Central Committee and Xinhua News Agency, co-hosted by 30 ministries, commissions and units such as Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and SIPO, and participated by various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and Hong Kong and Macao. Aiming at fully demonstrating the great process of China's 30 years of opening up to the outside world, the exhibition consists of five parts including Opening up Course, Opening up in Specific Realms, Opening up in Specific Industries, Opening up in Specific Regions and Mutual Benefit for Win-Win Situation with more than 2,000 photos and graphs and more than 3,000 cultural relics, objects and documents exhibited.

SIPO undertakes the work of preparing the special exhibition of "China's IP Cause in the Process of Opening up to the Outside," and takes the lead in organizing related departments such as State Administration for Industry and Commerce, National Copyright Administration, General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Agriculture, State Forestry Administration and Supreme People's Court to carefully select historical materials. With abundant historical photos and objects, the exhibition fully demonstrates China's glorious achievements in sectors such as patent, trademark and copyright.

Meanwhile, the retrospective exhibition also specially set up several "Ministry and Commission Days", and the "Ministry and Commission Day" for SIPO was on the morning of December 26 (Friday). The Retrospective Exhibition of the 30th Anniversary of China's Opening up to the Outside World ended on December 30.
