Tian Lipu addresses the ceremony

Recently, the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement of SIPO and Jiangsu Province on Establishing the Demonstration Province of IP Strategy Implementation is held in Nanjing. SIPO Commissioner Tian Lipu and Jiangsu Governor Luo Zhijun attend the ceremony and deliver speeches.
