To fully implement "2009 Promotion Plan for the Implementation of National Intellectual Property Strategy", State Intellectual Property Office developed the "SIPO Work Plan for Implementing National Intellectual Property Strategy in 2009" and released the Plan on April 15.

 

SIPO has made specific arrangements for the implementation of national IP strategy this year. The Work Plan proposed 84 specific measures from nine aspects, namely, enhancing IPR creation, encouraging IPR application, speeding up construction of IP legal system, intensifying IPR enforcement, strengthening IPR management, development IPR intermediary services, cultivating IPR talents, promoting IPR cultural construction and expanding foreign exchanges and cooperation.

 

To ensure the effectiveness of these measures, specific departments and units are designated to take charge of the implementation.
