On April 7, the Symposium of Guangdong and Hong Kong on IPR and SME Development (Zhongshan) is jointly held by Guangdong Provincial IP Administration, Zhongshan Municipal People's Government, IP Department of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Hong Kong Trade Development Council in Zhongshan City of Guangdong Province. Li Yuguang, SIPO Deputy Commissioner attends the symposium and delivers a speech. A total of 350 people including representatives from IP administrations and enterprises in Guangdong and Hong Kong and related experts in IP sector participate in the symposium.

The Symposium of Guangdong and Hong Kong on IPR and SME Development is an important project of Guangdong-Hong Kong IP cooperation and has become a branded activity of IP cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong. The symposium in Zhongshan is the 10th symposium of its series held in Guangdong Province.
