Recently, the first issue of the Gazette of the People's Republic of China on Intellectual Property (hereafter referred to as the Gazette) compiled by SIPO Office is published.

 

The quarterly is a government publication available in both domestic and foreign markets, mainly covering IP-related laws passed by the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee, IP-related regulations and documents issued by the State Council, the regulations, bulletins, important documents, statistics and other affairs that needs to be announced released by SIPO.
