SIPO, June 3, announced its development plan for patent representation service from 2009 to 2015, designing objectives, basic princes, key tasks, specific jobs and policy support measures of patent representation business in the next seven years. 

 

Under the plan, patent representation service shall be greatly upgraded in 2015 with 10,000 patent attorneys in practice, 1,000 of which are high caliber, multi-discipline talent with international vision.  Agencies housing them shall be greatly improved as well with 100 of them having unique specialty and top quality.
