On the one year's anniversary of the implementation of National Intellectual Property Strategy on July 5th, SIPO Deputy Director Zhang Qin became the guest of website of National IP Strategy Formulation Office (www.nipso.cn). He exchanged ideas with netizens, focusing on "comprehensively carrying out the National Intellectual Property Strategy, greatly promote the Core Competitiveness."

 

In respond to the major issues of public concern, Zhang Qin summarized the measures adopted and the achievements made by central and local governments on various levels on the implementation of the Strategy during the past year. He also interpreted the core content of the Strategy in regards of the current economic situation, elaborated the profound influence of the implementation of intellectual property strategy to our economic and social development.
