On April 29th, Shen Changyu, the Commissioner of SIPO, People's Republic of China, met with Dr. Miklos Bendzsel, the President of Intellectual Property Office, Republic of Hungary (HIPO), in Beijing. Shen Changyu said, the development of cooperation with HIPO is beneficial to patentees and inventors and helpful to economic development of both countries. He expected both sides to start new cooperation through joint efforts. Dr. Miklos Bendzsel said, intellectual property is important to both economy, and kept an urgent expectation on cooperation. After the meeting, both SIPO and HIPO signed The memorandum of understanding on cooperation.
