BEIJING, Apr.11 -- Recently, the Supreme Court released the "Judicial Interpretation II of the Supreme Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Patent Dispute Cases" in Beijing.

It is the second time that the Supreme Court released judicial interpretation of Patent Law since 2009, which concerned the judging criteria for patent infringement.
