BEIJING, May.13 -- On May 10, Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.C. (SIPO) Shen Changyu met with President of the Turkish Patent Institute (TPI) Habip Asan in Beijing. During the meeting, Shen Changyu said that with the signing of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the Chinese and the Turkish governments, which aimed to promote the "Belt and Road" Initiative, the two countries were raising their strategic cooperation relationship to a higher level. It was his hope that the two sides shall further their exchanges and cooperation to strengthen the intellectual property (IP) work in the two countries and to provide better services to their citizens.
