Nov.3 -- Recently, at the invitation of the governing intellectual property (IP) office in Chile, Deputy Director of the State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C (SIPO) He Zhimin led a delegation to visit Chile. During his visit in Chile, He Zhimin met with Director of the National Institute of Intellectual Property of Chile (INAPI) Santa Cruz and renewed the memorandums of understanding (MoU) between the SIPO and the INAPI. Based on the new MoU, the two Offices will launch negotiation on patent prosecution highway (PPH) pilot program, strengthen cooperation in personnel training and exchange of patent data, and exchange experience and deepen cooperation in organization management, cloud patent examination system (CPES), China's patent search and analysis system and patent examination.
