Oct.24 -- Co-hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the ministry of commerce, the ministry of agriculture, the State Forestry Bureau, the State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C (SIPO), the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the People's Government of Shaanxi Province, the 23th China Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Fair (hence abbreviated as the CAF) will be held from November 5 to 9 at the Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstration Zone in Shaanxi Province.

To enhance law enforcement and safeguard legal rights and hence create a favorable investment environment at the fair, this year, related intellectual property (IP) administrative departments will continue to participate in the CAF to conduct administrative enforcement of IP laws, coordinate IP protection issues during the fair and broadly publicize IP laws and regulations to the public.
