Sep.14 -- On September 9th, the 10th China International Patent Fair was held in Dalian. Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C (SIPO) Shen Changyu, Member of the Standing Committee of Liaoning Provincial Committee of the CPC and Secretary of Dalian Municipal Committee of the CPC Tang Jun, Mayor of Dalian Municipality Xiao Shengfeng and Director of the WIPO Office in China Chen Hongbing attended the opening ceremony.

Hosted by the SIPO and the People’s Government of Liaoning Province and undertaken by the People's Government of Dalian City, the 10th China International Patent Fair last for 3 days. Over 5500 projects from 29 Chinese provinces and municipalities and 24 countries and regions ? including Hongkong, China, Taiwan, U.S., Russia, UK, Germany and Israel ? attended the fair.
