BEIJING, June 21-- On June 13, He Zhimin，Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.C. (SIPO) met with Mr. Peter Button, Vice Secretary-General of the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV).
