Recently, SIPO Commissioner Shen Changyu met with Randall Rader, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and other members of the visiting delegation in Beijing.

 

Shen Changyu gave a brief introduction about the series of activities carried out during the 2014 National IPR Publicity Week, and said that the two sides shall conduct further exchanges and cooperation with each other. Mr. Rader praised SIPO's efforts for the Publicity Week, and hoped that the two sides continue strengthening exchanges and communication on intellectual property issues.
