Shen Changyu (R) meets with Robert Hugin (L)

Recently, SIPO commissioner Shen Changyu met with Robert Hugin, the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) Chairman of the board of directors and other members of the visiting delegation.

Shen Changyu appreciated the active role played by PhRMA in promoting IPR protection, innovation and economic development, and hoped that the meeting could further enhance the understanding and consensus of both sides.

Robert Hugin said that PhRMA had been paying close attention to IPR protection in recent years, and he hoped both sides further strengthen communication to maintain sound cooperative relations with each other.
