Recently, He Hua, Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), met Chip Davis, Vice President of Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). During the meeting, the two sides did candid and friendly communication on IPR topics of common interests.

He Hua said that he was very pleased to have Mr. Davis visit State Intellectual Property Office of the P. R. China (SIPO). SIPO has always been paying heed to the comments and feedbacks from all walks of life including PhRMA, is willing to strengthen communication and exchange with PhRMA and other organizations with rich experiences on IPR, and hopes that PhRMA could share IPR experience with relevant Chinese enterprises.

Mr. Davis said that it was a great honor to have this opportunity to meet He Hua, and PhRMA is willing to have more communication with SIPO.
