On October 24, Tian Lipu, Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) met with Davide Cucino, President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC), and other members of the visiting delegation in Beijing. Both sides exchanged views on many topics including the revised draft of China's Patent Law, patent quality and intellectual property protection. During the talks, the EUCCC delegation presented "the European Business in China Position Paper 2012/2013" to the SIPO.
