On June 6, SIPO Commissioner Tian Lipu led a delegation to the IP 5 meeting held at French island of Corsica.  During the meeting, SIPO Commissioner Tian Lipu and USPTO President David Kappos signed a date exchange agreement on behalf of both parties. "This action would improve and strengthen the examination capability of examiners of both sides, and led to a better public access to such IP data of both offices", said an expert.
