On February 13, Yang Tiejun, Deputy Commissioner of China's State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) met with Kuang Jin'an, Vice President and Intellectual Property Right Director of Applied Materials Inc. of the United States, and other members of the visiting delegation in Beijing.

Yang said SIPO has always attached significant importance to communication with industry insiders, and he hoped for better exchanges with leading global companies like the Applied Materials.

Kuang expressed appreciation for hosting of the meeting, and introduced the U.S. company and its business in China. He said the company expects to have more technology exchange seminars with SIPO.
