SIPO users acknowledger the national patent authority's performance by giving 81.1 points to its patent examination quality, up 1.7 points over 2009, according to a SIPO survey for 2010.
Results show users are satisfied with the comfort and accuracy of patent examination, and the service attitude and awareness of examiners as well. Besides their performance in checking documents, patent examination and law application, they also recognize the accuracy and consistency of patent reception and hotline efficiency.
