In an effort to deeply carry out State Council's arrangement to national campaign on combating IPR violations and on the production and distribution of fake and shoddy products, SIPO started to supervise the campaign from February 21. 

A representative from Patent Administration Department of SIPO, said that the supervising on the campaign includes tasks as following: Reviewing and inspecting the local IPR law enforcement, working schedule and recommendation  for  the next phase, operation of IPR Aiding Center etc. Also the tasks will cover the objective to know well the local capacity in the campaign addressing the repeatedly, massive and malicious patent infringement, handling infringement concerning foreign interests and investigating and punishing faking patents. Also the aim is to evaluate the capacity to disputes prevention, mediation and handling in exhibition IPR protection, the capacity to supervise and handle the keynote cases and pre-eminent problems encountered in the law-enforcement.
