A national conference on IPR enforcement assistance, organized by SIPO, was held at Fuzhou, Fujian on December 27, 2010. Since the launch of the special campaign against IPR infringement, counterfeiting and piracy in November, 2010, the subject on how to assist IPR holders is increasingly stressed by the whole society, and the hotline 12330 to answer for IPR assistance rose 20% nationwide.

SIPO has already approved operation of 67 IPR enforcement assistance centers nationwide since the launch of the program in November 2007, and it has been well received by the public. The operation of hotline 12330 especially makes the public more convenient to get better IPR service.
