Ms. Birgit Medeke, Director of IP Law Department of Zwilling.J.A.Henckels Ltd., paid a visit to SIPO in the morning of 15th October, and held a talk with her counterparts in SIPO in the areas of the implementation of China's new Patent Law and its practice.

The two sides discussed the examination on design patents from foreign applicants and their protection in China in a friendly environment.
