On 12th of October, Lv Guoliang, Director of SIPO International Cooperation Department met with the visiting Dr. Peter Ganea, the former administrator of China Project in Max Planck Institute for IP, the IP Coordinator of Institute of Modern East Asia and Goethe University in Frankfurt. Both sides discussed in the prospect of cooperation among SIPO, BMBF of German and other relevant issues in the future.
