The 7th Members Congress of the China branch of the International Intellectual Property Protection Association (AIPPI) was held in Beijing on May 4th. A new council was elected during the meeting and the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) Director Tian Lipu was re-elected as President of the China Branch of the AIPPI. Tian expressed that the new council would increase China's influence in the international IP arena through the platform of the Chinese branch.
