On April 20th, the Ceremony of Accessibility of U.S. Patent Data in EPOQUE Format to SIPO was held in Beijing. SIPO Deputy Director Yang Tiejun presented the ceremony and reviewed that granting China the accessibility to the full text of U.S. patent data and full text image data to SIPO was of great significance in the history of cooperation between SIPO and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). It did not only expand new areas of international cooperation, but also signify that the cooperation between two sides ushered in a new stage.
