SIPO issued the Circular on Establishing Reporting System of Progress of State Patented Technology Exhibition and Trade Center to local administrations and the state patented technology exhibition and trade centers.  The establishment of such reporting system is consistent with the new situation, make it easy to play the role of the centers in implementing the national IP strategy, regulate their work and promote development of such centers nationwide.

 

Under the system, local administrations where such centers are located shall report to SIPO on the progress of the work on a regular basis, urge these centers to submit information and activity reports to SIPO on a quarterly basis.  In the event of important or special situation, the centers may report in real time without the above restraints.
