Hosted by SIPO and undertaken by local IP administrations in China, a special publicity program entitled as "For Enterprises' Tomorrow --- Independent Innovation and IPRization" will be officially started in Xi'an, the capital city of Shaanxi Province, on August. 25,2006.

For further carrying out the spirit of speech delivered by Mr. Hu Jintao, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, on May 26, SIPO will open a special column at its official website (www.sipo.gov.cn) and China IP Daily focusing on the program, and will invite some journalists from national-level medias to visit local areas to report, and will cooperate with other department of central government on specific topics.

The purpose of hosting this program is to find out some model enterprises in independent innovation and IP inventions, and to spread their experience and to promote IPRization of more new technologies and industrialization of IPR.
