Proposals Expected for Amending of the Patent Law

For further improve the patent system in China and better serve China's strategy to set up an innovation-oriented country, the State Intellectual Property Office spent one year and drafted the amendment of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China recently, and now wants your proposals about the draft. Relevant information are available at a special column at SIPO's official website.
