IPR Listed in the Main Themes of 8th High-Tech Trade Fair

 

According to the information from the 2nd organizing work conference of domestic exhibitors participating China 8th High-Tech Trade Fair,the high-tech fair will have three themes,"proprietary innovation,recirculer economy and IPR protection". This conference,held in the morning of August 10,expects to make the fair more international,professional,market-oriented and known for well-qualified products. Held in Shenzhen,Guangdong Province of China,this fair will arrange such three high-lights as Circular Economy,an IPR Protection Forum and "Blue Sky" Action.

 

Mr. Wang Xuewei,the office director of this fair's Organizing Committee,said that there are 30 provinces,municipalities have applied to attend this fair,and the Ministry of Commerce,National Development and Reform Commission,Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Agriculture have their own groups attending this fair. Official delegations from Germany,Spain,Italy,Hong Kong as well as some other countries and regions show themselves in the fair either. Some 300 well-known international companies,such as Motorola,Philips,Siemens as well as Oracle,continue their interests in the IT,electronics and optoelectronic flat panel areas of the Fair. In addition,French Embassy to Beijing,Netherlands Embassy to Beijing,Korean Information Technology Institute,KITA from Korea,Taipei Computer Industrial Association and some other overseas organizations will participate the Fair.

In the aspect of forum and other special events of this fair,7 ministers from Korea,Netherlands,Cuba,Pakistan and other 3 countries will attend the Minister Forum,presidents from IDG and many trans-national businesses and many famous entrepreneurs will show up at "Global CEO Forum" with the title as "Made in China: Opportunity and Challenge". Delegates from Nasdaq,London Security Exchange,Pan-Euro Security Exchange,Singapore Security Exchange have applied for the "Overseas Listing Action",KPMG International and other 6 famous international finance and investment institutes are interested in the forum specializing in overseas fund-raising. In addition to these,"super-Super Action",an more individual and menu-style event are favored by many attendants.

The fair also promotes a series of IPR protection activities jointly sponsored by the Fair's Organizing Committee,Ministry of Commerce,SIPO and Shenzhen City Government,Mr. Liu Ming,the director of Exchange Center of the organizing committee,and the Fair adopts a more detailed and complete measures to protect IPR during the exhibition period.  The Ministry of Commerce,China General Administration of Customers,China Industrial and Commercial Administration,State Copyright Office,SIPO,and China's Council for the Promotion of International Trade will jointly sponsor "Blue-Sky" action, the first international IPR event at such a high level.

Some 100 delegates from 34 provinces,municipalities and 13 universities attended this conference.
