An intellectual property alliance for the ocean engineering equipment and high-tech shipbuilding industries was recently founded in Nantong. The alliance has 47 founding members, including equipment manufacturers, shipbuilders, universities, research institutions and service agencies. It will carry out ocean engineering equipment industry patent analysis, help its members to industrialize their patents and offer financing, training and market operation services.
