Online sales of counterfeits and substandard goods, as well as online piracy are the focused areas for Hunan's IP efforts this year, according to a recently unveiled guideline. Local law enforcement agencies will organize campaigns targeting food, medicines, cosmetics and medical equipment on e-commerce platforms. The government will establish blacklists for IP rights violators and counterfeiters this year.
