A dedicated IP procuratorial bureau has been approved in Changsha, the first of its kind set up by a city-level procuratorate. The new office's responsibilities include investigation of IP criminal cases, launching lawsuits, supervision of IP law enforcement activities and prevention of crimes by taking advantage of duty in IP-related businesses.
