Beijing: Free Trade Zones to Boost Judicial Oversight

China Daily -- The Supreme People's Court called for increased intellectual property judicial protection in China's pilot free trade zones by encouraging IP-collateralized loans and further investment, improving judicial policies and increasing punishment for IP infringement, according to a guideline unveiled by the court on Monday.
