Nov.29 -- Recently, a symposium on IP pledge financing and policies for banks and enterprises was held in Heze, Shandong province. Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Office of Shandong Province Zhang Yuejin and Deputy Mayor of the Heze Municipal Government Cao Shengling attended and addressed the symposium. The symposium was hosted by Si Pingong, Director of the Intellectual Property Office of Heze City.

At the conference, 8 commercial banks and 6 enterprises signed contracts on IP pledge financing at the site. Experts from IP service agencies were invited to give explanations about the IP pledge financing policies and offer training on practices. It allows financial agencies and enterprises to learn further about the supportive policies on IP pledge financing, its operational procedure and methods, hence providing a future direction for pledge financing work in Heze.
