Nov.16 -- Recently, the 11th China (Boxing) International Kitchen Utensils and Appliances Festival was held in Boxing, Binzhou of Shandong Province. The China (Shandong) Intellectual Property Rights Safeguarding and Aid Center, the Intellectual Property Office of Binzhou and the China (Binzhou) Intellectual Property Aid Center attended the Kitchen Utensils and Appliances Festival and provided services in law enforcement and intellectual property rights (IPR) protection and publicized for intellectual property (IP).
　　
A "12330" reception desk was set at the exhibition, and the service group provided IP services such as enquiry of patent information and acceptance of patent infringement and complaint reports of patent infringement. At the exhibition, the service group provided timely solutions to solve the IP disputes occurred during the exhibition, surveyed 6 exhibitors at the scene, and investigated and treated 2 exhibitors involving false publicity and forgery of patent certificates. They distributed a total of 600 publicity materials regarding IPR protection, and offered counselling to over 200 people.  

Through the IPR protection services at this exhibition, the cooperative relationship between the provincial and municipal IP departments in providing IP law enforcement and IPR protection services were strengthened, and patentees and products with independent IPR gained guidance and protection.
