Shanghai: Court Sees High Number of IP Cases Since Nov. 2013

 

Nov.9 (China Daily) -- Pudong District People's Court handled more than 4,200 intellectual property cases from November 2013 to the end of last month. IP cases formed the second-largest share of the types of civil cases it handled, according to a recent report the court unveiled. The district's Zhangjiang area accounts for nearly 90 percent of all its IP cases, including those involving copyright, trademarks and unfair competition, the report found. 2016-11-09
