Experts on oversea patent were invited to give introduction on the concepts, background and application characters of the PCT. Combining related cases, they explained in detail about the application affairs of international PCT patent, including the preparation of documents, deadlines and relief methods, and gave intuitive introduction through diagrams about the application process when it enters the national phase. Through the lecture, participants of the lecture gained a more thorough understanding about the process of international PCT patent application.
