Oct.28 -- Recently, the Harbin Institute of Technology Sub-station of the China Intellectual Property (IP) Distance Training Center was officially established. The unveiling ceremony was held at the library of the Harbin Institute of Technology.

The China IP Distance Training Center is one of the three information platforms of the State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.C (SIPO). It is a platform to learn about intellectual property  knowledge, with abundant classes covering different fields of IP available. Person-in-charge of the provincial intellectual property service center said that they hope to cultivate more IP talents through the platform, conduct more scientific researches and promote innovation and entrepreneurship in order to facilitate overall revitalization in Heilongjiang Province.
