Oct.24 -- On October 18, the Qingdao Sub-branch of the Jinan Agency of the State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C (SIPO) was officially established. Deputy Commissioner of the SIPO Zhang Maoyu and Deputy Mayor of Qingdao Zhang Deping attended the unveiling ceremony.
