Sep.14 (China Daily) -- An intellectual property institute jointly set up by the State Intellectual Property Office, the provincial IP office and Dalian University of Technology was inaugurated at the university last week. It will be built into an important IP research center and training base to serve the province and Northeast China. SIPO and the provincial IP office will provide full support to the institute, in particular with regard to its construction of IP management and personnel training projects. 2016-09-14
