Sep.8 (China Daily) -- The first two judicial IP examination agencies in Shenzhen were established on Friday, marking the founding of the city's IP legal service system, according to local officials. Shenzhen has for 12 years led the nation in the number of annual international patent applications via the Patent Cooperation Treaty. Previously, local courts had to defer to larger cities such as Beijing and Shanghai for judicial examination when technical problems arose.
