Aug.24 (China Daily) -- The Shanxi government recently launched the first provincial-level patent awards to reward patent projects that have made the greatest contribution to the province's socioeconomic development. The government will invest 2 million yuan ($301,532) annually in the awards, with winners receiving 100,000 yuan each.
