Aug.3 (China Daily) -- The autonomous region became increasingly capable of intellectual property creation in the first half of this year. Its patent filings in the period reached 5,385, a year-on-year rise of 25.12 percent, and among them were 3,158 service applications. The number of patents authorized was 2,466, a year-on-year increase of 13.59 percent.
