Jul.28 -- According to statistics of the State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C. (SIPO), the patent pledge loan in Guizhou Province reaches 253 million yuan in the first half year of 2016, which ranks 16th nationwide with a year-on-year growth of 58%.

Since the beginning of 2016, the Guizhou Province has been recommending the Southeast Qian to apply for the “national pilot state of intellectual property (IP) pledge financing” and promoting the Longli County to conduct national pilot projects of IP pledge financing. At present, the Longli County has been planning to launch the county’s first methods of loan discount and subsidy for patent pledge loans. At the same time, Guizhou Province is actively introducing qualified appraisal agencies to promote the patent pledge financing work in the local area, with 3 such agencies having entered in Guizhou.
