Hangzhou: High-tech Zone Holds Salon for Application Strategies of EU Patent and Safeguarding the Patent

 

Jul.26 -- To further enhance enterprises' competitiveness in the European Union market and raise their risk management capacity and operational capacity in patent distribution in the European Union, the Hangzhou high-tech zone (Binjiang) recently held a salon for application strategies of European Union patent and safeguarding the patent.

Focusing on the application strategies of European Union patent and safeguarding practices, keynote speakers shared their expertise in applying for a European patent and the risk management of intellectual property (IP) in unitary patent system (UPS), unified patent court (UPC) and enterprises' exhibitions overseas by relying on classic cases and years of experience in dealing with IP overseas. The salon, which received high recognition from the participants, also featured an interactive session during which representatives of the participants exchanged in-depth views with the keynote speakers.

The activity was co-sponsored by the IoT Intellectual Property Alliance of Hangzhou High-tech Zone (Binjiang) and the National Intellectual Property Training Base (Zhejiang).
