The China office of the World Intellectual Property Organization and Shanghai IP office launched a training program last week involving more than 100 IP managers from Shanghai and nearby regions. The program focused on IP service systems in the frameworks of international protocols, such as the Patent Cooperation Treaty, the Madrid system for trademarks and the Hague Agreement for industrial designs.
